We put a lot of emphasis on our ability to offer seafood throughout the year which is typical for the season we are in.
  • Cod liver and roe February and March
  • Mackerel May and June
  • Crab and lobster September and October
  • Lutefisk and rakfisk November and December
These are some of the variations we have during the year. I addition of course to shrimp and mussels in the summer, and of course smoked salmon for Christmas and Easter.
